|Recommended: YesAffordable and nice — The apartment is nice It wasn't the cleanest when I moved in, but that was probably because I moved in early. I love how they work with you on pets I can hear my upstairs neighbors almost all the time, but that's not a deal breaker for me.

|Recommended: YesProperty itself is nice for what you pay for. — The apartment is pretty nice. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear a lot of the noise from my upstairs neighbors. There is some damage to the unit, but the maintenance staff is great and comes to fix things quickly.

|Recommended: YesLove it, very nice — I love living here, it's really quiet and really close to campus. I also love that the fees are affordable and there wasn't a deposit needed to live here. This place is way better than the first apartment place I decided to go with when I first moved to Manhattan.
