|Recommended: YesGood experience — We were able to move in easily and fast. We have had a couple issues with the drains but staff has fixed the problem fast. The apartment wasn't super clean when we moved in so we had to do some cleaning when we moved in. Other than that good experience.

|Recommended: YesGreat College Apartment — This is a great college apartment to live in. We haven't had any issues with anyone and though you can hear the neighbors a bit it's overall great. Quality isn't the absolute best but it is a great place to live

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment, great staff — Living at Prime Place has been amazing Anytime theres a maintenance problem, they've always been quick to come check it out and get it fixed Neighbors are quiet and nice. Occasional problems with the resident portal, but they're always easy to ask help from and understanding when I've got questions.
|Recommended: YesBest Place to Live in Manhattan — I have been a tenant with Prime Place for 3 years and have enjoyed every moment of it. Locations are close to campus and nightlife and have a very prompt and helpful staff. I am going to miss Prime Place when I graduate in May. So if you're looking for a place while in college look no further Thank you all for the wonderful experience.
|Recommended: YesIt's a decent property at a reasonable price. — It's relatively quiet and convenient for the students for sure. The walls are a bit thin but aside from that there are no issues.

The traffic noise is a littleness much but I knew it would be going in. I’m not much for apartment living, but looking past my biases I would recommend this apartment for anyone who is considering it.
