Not only are the apartments clean and well kept, but if there is ever an issue, maintenance responds fairly quickly. Would 100 recommend to any college students looking for affordable housing that is close to campus.

|Recommended: YesThe property is nice, modern, and great for people who want their own space. — You have the best of both worlds. You can be alone or separated from your roommates if you want, but also have space to be together as well. The apartments are really nice and kept up well.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — Great place to stay. Very close to KSU campus, quite location, fairly affordable. Maintenance was very helpful and efficient. Parking is decent, right outside or close to your door however the parking spaces need to be repainted because they are a little tight to park in. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment.

|Recommended: YesNot too bad for my first year — Rent is a bit expensive but kinda worth for what you get. The water pressure is the worst on the 4th floor. Walls are as thin as ice, not a morning goes without the dogs under your floor barking nonstop or even the neighbors playing mo mamba at midnight from the second floor. But if you can get through all that then it is pretty nice. Each room has plenty of space for a desk and a full-size bed. The kitchen is a 4 5 and the best thing, in my opinion, was the in-unit laundry. Maintenance is quick they solve problems before you get home from class. Staff is fast and has great communication so far. Parking is nice, the grounds are nice and mostly clean. Windows are thin as paper, open or closed you will hear everything that goes on from the ville or some house party a block away. If I had to I would live here again except maybe on a lower floor because those stairs are too much.

|Recommended: YesGreat maintenance team — We are very happy with how quickly and completely our maintenance requests are handled. We had some issues with a leaking kitchen faucet and a clogged shower drain, and within 2 days we came home to find a new kitchen faucet installed and the shower drain working perfectly.
