|Recommended: YesAll around nice apartments and people — Most of the apartments are nice and pet-friendly. The staff is super helpful and are always quick to fix problems. By far, the best landlord I have ever had in terms of helpfullness, organization, and friendliness.
|Recommended: YesVery fair what you pay — Quiet, private, and reasonable
|Recommended: YesDecent place to live while attending college. — Living in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Collegiate Villa really isn't bad at all, and there are positive points and negative points. Positives include walking distance to KSU and the Stadium, parking is always available, and rooms are decently sized. Negative points include hearing people living in the apartments near yours, and while it's awesome that animals are allowed here you can hear dogs barking if they live in one of the units near you.
|Recommended: YesIts good — Its pretty nice
|Recommended: YesOverall nice- parking sometimes a problem — Overall nice property. Timely on maintenance request. Parking sometimes a problem.
|Recommended: YesGood All-in-one Location near Aggieville. — If you spend much of your time around the east side of campus and enjoy visiting Aggieville, the Bluemont is great. It's not the most quiet location, particularly on active nights fridays, saturdays when a lot of people going in and out of Aggieville pass right by the place. Bluemont Avenue traffic can get loud as well. Parking is good the building has its own back lot and I failed to find a spot there only once in two years, though visitors will have to park on the street a small distance away. The building itself is fine, newer than most, and emergent problems were dealt with promptly by maintenance as requests were filed. The apartments come with all basic appliances plus a microwave and private laundry facilities, guaranteeing easy access to the latter. I moved out to a spot closer to my work, but would recommend this complex as worth a look for K-state students and and anyone working on the east side of town.
|Recommended: NoGood — good place
|Recommended: YesGreat place to stay close to campus and aggieville — If you're in need of a roommate this is a great place to stay because of the roommate match option. It's still very private, you only share kitchen and washer dryer, also very affordable. The rooms are spacious and the location of the apartments is great.
